  1. Click "Security" on the bar.

Internet Explorer (all other versions)

Internet Explorer saves cookies in several places according to the version of the browser and the Microsoft Windows system used. The best way to find and delete cookies is to close Internet Explorer and use the resource explorer tool (for example Windows Explorer) and look for a folder called "cookies".

  1. Click on the "settings" icon at the top right of the menu.

Information on the processing of personal data (art.13 Legislative Decree 196/2003)

   Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 "Code regarding the protection of personal data" (" Code "), Exena Srl, with registered office in Civitanova Marche (MC), via Breda n. 7 / a (" EXENA "), as data controller pursuant to art. 4 of the Code, provides users of the www.exena.it site (the " Site ") with information on the use of the following personal data.

a) Data source and type of data processed

   The common personal data processed by EXENA are collected directly by users of the Site, by registering with the services offered (sending newsletters and ordering services online). Simply browsing the site, without registering for any of the online services, may involve the acquisition of data in an entirely anonymous manner. The Site, in fact, uses cookies to collect information on how users use the web pages. Information is collected through cookies (such as, for example: the type of browser used, if the user has clicked on an Exena banner, the nationality of the server used by the computer) which have the function of making site navigation more efficient.

b) Data Controller

   The Data Controller is Exena Srl, based in Civitanova Marche (MC), via Breda n. 7 / a, tax code and VAT number 01336080435.

c) Purpose of the treatment

   The common personal data, collected in the registration forms for services on the Site and / or those possibly collected as part of the browsing process on the website, which Exena comes into possession, on the initiative of the customer, in relation to particular services requested by the customer himself (such as sending newsletters or ordering services online), will be processed for the following purposes:

(i) fulfillment of obligations under laws, regulations, community legislation, as well as instructions prepared by the authorities and supervisory bodies;

(ii) management and execution of the pre-contractual and / or contractual relationship with customers / users (relating to the online-order service) through the insertion of data, provided by customers / users on the Site, in the personal data and throughout strictly necessary documentation;

(iii) communication of information and commercial promotions, including by automated means, via e-mail (newsletter service), relating to the offer of Exena products, as well as market research, surveys and personalized or statistical analyzes, including through electronic processing, of information obtained following navigation on the Exena website and use by customers / users of the online order service in order to send, in the same manner already indicated, commercial communications based on consumption choices and preferences expressed .
Pursuant to art. 24, paragraph I, points a) and b) of the Code, no consent is required to the processing of personal data in relation to the purposes indicated in points (i) - (ii).

Otherwise, the interested party must express, in the appropriate box of the registration form, his consent to the processing of common personal data for the purposes indicated in point (iii).

d) Processing methods

   With reference to the purposes indicated in point c), the processing of data, which will include the operations referred to in the definition of "treatment" provided for in art. 4 of the Code (such as, for example, the collection, registration, processing, extraction, comparison, communication and cancellation), will take place with the help of manual and automated tools, for which Exena has adopted adequate security measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the data.

e) Mandatory / optional nature of the provision

   The provision of data is optional. However, any failure to provide the data to be indicated on the registration form to the services, or other personal data that may be required to carry out the contractual relationship, may make it impossible for Exena to establish and / or continue, in whole or in part , the contractual relationship or, following up on requests for the provision of services.

f) Categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them

   The personal data may possibly be communicated to external subjects / companies, which Exena could use in the context of the management of the contractual relationship with customers or for its own organizational needs and its own activity, possibly specialized in: (a) banking services, financial and insurance companies, including those involved in the management of payment systems; (b) services for the acquisition, registration and processing of data; (c) printing, transmission, enveloping, transport and sorting of communications; (d) debt collection services; (e) IT services and management of Exena's IT system and telecommunications networks (including e-mail); (f) professional firms or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships; (g) subjects who carry out control, revision and certification of the activities carried out by Exena; (h) agencies and / or agents in charge of promoting the goods and services covered by Exena's business; (i) market analysis and communication services for proposing commercial offers, including customized ones.

These subjects / companies will process common personal data as independent owners or they will be able to learn about them as external data processors, where specifically appointed pursuant to art. 29 of the Code. The list of any external subjects / companies responsible for the treatment, or the indication of those who operate in complete autonomy as separate data controllers, will be kept updated and made available at the registered office of Exena.

g) Rights pursuant to Art. 7 of the Code

   In relation to the processing of personal data, based on art. 7 of the Code, the subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification.

Pursuant to the same article, the same subjects have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of their personal data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
